Okada ban in Benin attributed to level of insecurity

 The governor announced the ban to newsmen on Tuesday. He said it is limited to three LGA which are Ikpoba Okha, Oredo and Egor LGA. He said the reason for this is due to the fact that many of the rubbers and kidnappers in the state are Okada riders. He said the state had become a habitat for criminals from other states where okada had been banned.
Don't know what kind of wisdom this is, in a state where there are a resonnable number of okada drivers there is high rate of criminal activity and your saying that making all of them jobless is going to reduce this insecurity? just saying sha....
